2. Foreclosure Assistance Services Disclaimer
Integrated Home Solutions provides consulting, administrative support, and facilitation services as part of its Foreclosure Assistance Program.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
We do not have authority to stop foreclosure actions.
We do not guarantee any outcomes, including postponement, delay, modification, or cancellation of foreclosure proceedings.
All decisions are made solely by lenders, courts, or other governing authorities. By using this Service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
3. Client Portal Agreement and Security
Certain clients are granted access to a secure Client Portal (“Portal”) for communication, document exchange, and service management.
By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to the following:
3.1 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree never to share your username or password with any individual or third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Secure Usage Requirements
You agree not to access the Portal from public or shared computers unless absolutely necessary.
If accessing from a shared device, you must ensure:
No credentials are saved
You log out completely at the end of each session
3.3 Mandatory Logout
You must log out of your account after every session.
3.4 Unauthorized Access
You agree to immediately notify Integrated Home Solutions of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or security concern.
3.5 Company Limitation of Liability for Portal Use
Integrated Home Solutions is not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access resulting from:
Your failure to safeguard login credentials
Use of unsecured or public devices
Failure to log out properly
3.6 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Portal access at any time for security concerns or violations of these Terms.

Integrated Home Solutions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or interruptions in internet or telecommunications services.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements (including the Foreclosure Assistance Service Agreement) and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Integrated Home Solutions regarding the use of the Service.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
